Josh & His team were phenomenal. We actually used Josh 2x previously and neither deal worked out for us (not due to financing) One deal we got outbid, the other we pulled out on. Josh never had a negative attitude towards us pulling out after he put in the time and effort to close the deal. He told us, when you find the home you truly want you will know and I am here for you when you do. It was a short 2 months later and we found that home and Josh & Matt got us closed within 30 days. (He actually could have gotten it closed sooner, but we needed the time) You can call/text them anytime of the week or weekend and they will make magic happen. You will NEVER feel left in the dark or unsure on how things are going. The communication was incredible. I would highly recommend Josh & Matt as they are complete experts in what they do and what they can do for you.

We started our process with a national lender and it was a slow drip of more information required. We wound up canceling them and contacting Josh at Synergy. He was able to get it moving fast because the closing date was approaching. Matt Bonfoey took the process through the end and we came in on time with an even better rate. Josh and his team. (Specifically Matt) made the home buying process extremely simple. They stayed on top of everything throughout the entire process.
